Hi there!

Good ‘Dilla started out of a love of food, simplicity, and fun! After working some corporate jobs that didn’t feel great, I wanted to make something delicious that I genuinely love to share with others. Every quesadilla is created from our family favorites and has a story behind it.

In 2021, our tent launched and our first child was born! Lots of learning on the fly. :)

In 2022, we added our big yellow truck and began roaming the Inland NW.

In 2023, we opened in the River Park Square food court operating 7 days a week.

We value treating employees with respect, creating food we feel good giving to our own family, and contributing to our community.
